During our ghost-hunting investigation at the Devonian Guest House, We captured an intriguing recording of what appears to be the sound of water emanating from the ensuite of one of the bedrooms. We were not anticipating such an occurrence, which piqued our interest. If you'd like to listen, play the video to hear the EVP.

Investigate the Devonian Guest House and search for paranormal activity. Will any previous residents or staff make themselves known? Built as a Gentleman's Victorian Residence in 1883, it is situated in an acre of woodland and gardens on an elevated position within the Torrs Park Conservation Area of Ilfracombe. 

Guests have reported seeing a Victorian lady and gentleman descend the staircase, and a cat is also seen at the bottom of the stairs.
