How to Purchase

Purchasing a gift card is easy. Select the amount you wish to put on the card and complete the checkout process. We'll then send the gift card directly to the recipient or you to give it to you in person.

Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Gift cards can be redeemed only for Devon Ghost Tours. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Devon History Tours are not supported at present. Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes; Devon Ghost Tours doesn’t create or ship physical gift cards.

2. Voucher duration. Gift cards never expire.

3. Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at the point of purchase.

4. Voucher redemption. Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed online at the checkout for the experience event. There is no option for online or email redemption.

5. Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable except within the 14-day cancellation period per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

6. Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Cancellation. If an experience needs to be cancelled by Devon Ghost Tours, a new gift voucher shall be issued and valid for another 12 months. If a voucher holder cancels an experience, no refund shall be given.
