Haunted Devonian Guest House

The Devonian was built as a Gentleman's Victorian Residence in 1883. It is situated in its acre of woodland and gardens in an elevated position within the Torrs Park Conservation Area of Ilfracombe. The Devonian offers peace & tranquillity with commanding views looking down over the town and into the valley.

Guests have reported seeing a Victorian lady and gentleman descend the staircase, and a cat is also seen at the bottom of the stairs.
